Rowan Rimington

Rowan co-founded the company after more than a decade spent building and scaling teams across product, operations and design. As CEO, they set the strategic direction, keep the company honest about its priorities, and spend most of their time with customers and the people building for them. Before this, Rowan led product at a fast-growing platform business, where they learned that clarity beats complexity almost every time. They care about doing fewer things properly, hiring people who are better than them, and making decisions early enough to still be useful. Outside of work, Rowan is usually found running slowly, cooking ambitiously, or reading two books at once and finishing neither.
